Andy’s background as a successful professional actor, writer, director and voice-over artist (working as Matthew Morgan), as well as his early legal training, led to his being asked to work in the sphere of Voice and Presentation Coaching in a professional and business context for several years.
Over a period of time, he found he was being asked to involve himself more deeply in his clients’ working lives. Executive Coaching seemed a natural extension of the skills he had been developing through his business presentation and voice work. Following completion of the Mastered Programme at Meyler Campbell Business Coaching, and accreditation with the Association for Coaching, he now also offers executive coaching to help exceptional people every step of the way to career satisfaction.
